Unfortunately if you make a mistake with your order and it has already been printed and shipped- we will be unable to offer you a refund because your items cannot be resold due to the customisation. We may be able to offer you a discounted rate to reorder- at our discretion.

If we have not started your order yet- we can accept changes. Please email us at thememoryvaultseepsakes@gmail.com immediately. 

We ask that you double check your uploads and order before reaching checkout to avoid any dissapointment. 

All orders will be shipped within 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as it has been sent. 

Pickup is available within 24 hours from Redfern, NSW Australia. 

If your order is urgent- please leave a note at checkout and we will try our best to meet your request.

All bulk orders require atleast 3-4 business days unless advised otherwise.
